Consultation discussions and strategies vary on each individual case based on needs.
It’s common for our team to engage in a myriad of topics with school personnel ranging from making big decisions, communicating with stakeholders, improving content delivery, constructing emails/letters, assigning disciplinary consequences, restorative practices, preparing for big meetings, handling conflict, managing employees, strategic movement in the building, strategic movement in the classroom, maintaining records, note taking, crisis communication, launching a new school year, how to run faculty meetings and much more.
Individual coaching and consultations always come with improvement/effectiveness plans tailored to the individual case. Our team will schedule consultation sessions based on the best available time for clients.
Individual coaching/consultation can be a massively important tool to use as it provides school personnel with an outlet and the ability to talk about new ideas, methods and strategies with consultants not affiliated with the school, the district and/or the community.
